Meadowbrook Estates is a lovely well-kept 46 home development located on 50 rolling acres just outside the quaint historic town of LaGrange, Ky in Oldham County. The property was previously farmland owned by George William Boemker and Fidelia Catherine Boemker (she inherited the farm from her mother). There was a farmhouse, several barns, 3 farm ponds and a creek on the property. The other half of the farmland was claimed for Interstate 71. Around 1990 developers Smith and Pollard from Oldham County purchased the land for the Meadowbrook Estates development. All lots are a minimum one acre+ parcel. There are two double lots, one which contains an old cemetery, never to be developed and the other one is part of a low-lying area not suitable for development.
